Alicia has called Brisbane home since moving here from New Zealand at a young age. She has worked across a range of roles in hospitality, client services, and disability support. These experiences have equipped her with a versatile skill set and a unique perspective on building connections and making a positive impact in her work.

Though quiet by nature, Alicia is always friendly, approachable, and motivated by the opportunity to help others. She is a lover of good food and music - outside of work, she loves travelling, cooking, and exploring the outdoors - though a good nap ranks high on her list too.

Caitilin was born and raised in the beautiful Moreton Bay region and has spent over a decade working in community care—supporting individuals and families to live safer, more fulfilling lives. With a long-standing passion for helping others, she’s worked in aged care since her teens and now gets to combine her love for care with new challenges and opportunities in her fulfilling role with Conexson.

Outside of work, Rhianna enjoys reformer Pilates, weekend markets, belting out car singalongs, watching true crime with her dog, trying new restaurants and loves quality time with friends and family.

Rhianna has a light-hearted approach to life, never taking things too seriously and always embracing her goofy side.
